With experience ranging from teacher to CEO, she offers valuable insights to enhance program quality, staff development, and family engagement. Based in Philadelphia, Kimreneé understands the industry's unique challenges and joys. She is also the author of "Strategic Starts: Empowering Educators with Vision, Purpose, and Intention" providing guidance on transforming early learning businesses for sustainable success.
Sherilynn Kimble
Sherilynn Kimble, visionary founder and President of The Kimble Group LLC, brings over three decades of expertise in early childhood education. With a diverse background as a certified Personal & Executive Coach, Alliance Manager for West Philadelphia Action for Early Learning, and a 20-year tenure as Executive Director of The Caring Center, she has shaped educational programs, fostered community collaboration, and led transformative initiatives. Sherilynn now leverages this rich experience to empower early childhood professionals and drive excellence in early childhood education across Philadelphia and beyond.
Tola Aiyegbusi, MSC
Tola Aiyegbusi has over 30 years of experience as a proprietor, trainer, and coach in Early Childhood Education, Out of School Time Programs, and Organizational Leadership Development. She founded Molly’s Childcare Center Inc., Friends of Molly Development Center Inc., and Advanced Innovative Teaching Solutions LLC. A certified trauma specialist, Tola focuses on building relationships, empowering leaders, and supporting children, including those with special needs, through trauma-informed, culturally competent practices. She teaches CDA coursework and provides training in trauma, CPR & First Aid, fire safety, DEI, and leadership development. Tola holds an MSC in Organizational Development and Leadership, certifications in DEI and mental health, and is both a PD specialist and PQAS certified.
