Reliable Care for Families Who Don’t Work 9–5

Early Foundations Learning Academy understands that many families work on non-traditional schedules. Healthcare professionals, home health workers, essential workers, and families with rotating or extended shifts need childcare they can trust, even at night and on weekends. Our Night & Weekend Care provides licensed, structured, relationship-based care during non-traditional hours, without compromising quality, safety, or routines.

Our Approach: Quality Doesn’t Stop After 5 PM

Night & Weekend Care at EFLA follows the same principles that guide all of our programs, including TenderTime Foundations™ for infants and toddlers.

What Families Can Expect

✔ Licensed, professional care

✔ Familiar caregivers whenever possible

✔ Calm, home-like routines

✔ Respect for each child’s individual needs

✔ Clear communication with families

This is not overnight babysitting or unstructured supervision. This is intentional care designed for real family schedules.

Is This the Right Fit for Your Family?

Our program supports families with nontraditional schedules by providing consistent, licensed care in a calm and structured environment. We proudly serve essential and healthcare workers who need reliable care beyond typical hours. With a strong focus on relationships, routines, and communication, we believe flexible schedules should always come with high standards of quality and care.
