    Length: 6 Months | Format: Cohort-based learning | Sessions: Monthly leadership learning sessions (2–3 hours) | Between Sessions: Guided application, reflection, and systems work | Capstone: Site-specific Systems Alignment Plan

Leadership Authorization Outcome

Upon successful completion, participants earn the designation:

Authorized Site Leaders are prepared to:

✔ Coach staff using reflective, growth-focused tools 

✔ Align staffing, schedules, supervision, and PD to the framework 

✔ Sustain TenderTime™ Foundations in-house with fidelity

The Leadership Institute Capstone

Each participant completes a TenderTime™ Systems Alignment Plan tailored to their site or organization, including: 

  • Staffing & continuity model 
  • Scheduling framework 
  • Reflective supervision & coaching structure 
  • Professional development plan using Learning Circles 
  • Family engagement systems 
  • Quality and compliance alignment 

This plan can be used as: 

  • Inspection and compliance support
