Authorized Site Leaders are prepared to:

✔ Coach staff using reflective, growth-focused tools
✔ Align staffing, schedules, supervision, and PD to the framework
✔ Sustain TenderTime™ Foundations in-house with fidelity
Authorization is for internal organizational use only, ensuring quality and protecting the integrity of the framework.

The Leadership Institute Capstone
Each participant completes a TenderTime™ Systems Alignment Plan tailored to their site or organization, including:
- Staffing & continuity model
- Scheduling framework
- Reflective supervision & coaching structure
- Professional development plan using Learning Circles
- Family engagement systems
- Quality and compliance alignment
This plan can be used as:
- Inspection and compliance support
- Grant documentation
- Leadership transition and succession planning
- A roadmap for in-house TenderTime™ implementation
