Khanae was created from a place of love, legacy, and purpose. It's name, a blend of Khalil and Monet, honors the two children who inspired its foundation and represent the heart of everything we do. Khanae is more than a business; it is a living legacy for Kimreneé’s children and a commitment to the future of education.
What began as a passion for teaching grew into a lifelong calling. Kimreneé started her journey in a small family childcare home, guided by a deep love for children and a desire to make a difference. Over time, this passion expanded into entrepreneurship, leadership, and a mission to share knowledge, build capacity, and uplift others.
Khanae Education Programs was built from that evolution, a place where education meets vision, leadership meets purpose, and collaboration fuels change. It exists to empower educators, inspire leaders, and strengthen early learning programs through innovation, relationship-based practice, and high-quality teaching and leadership.

Kimreneé C. Patterson, M.Ed., Ed.D (c.)
Kimreneé C. Patterson is a nationally respected early childhood educator, leadership strategist, and entrepreneur with a 20+ year journey rooted in purpose and impact. She began in a small family child care home and expanded her vision into multi-site centers and her first franchise child care model, Playscapes Kidz Klub, an innovative solution supporting today’s modern families.
As Founder & CEO of Khanae Education Programs and the Khanae Institute for Early Childhood Leadership & Advancement (KIECLA), Kimreneé has created a robust ecosystem of professional development, coaching, curriculum, and leadership pathways that elevate early learning professionals at every level. Her signature frameworks, TenderTime™, Strategic Starts™, and the P.R.O.F.I.T.S. System blend research, practical leadership, and business strategy to strengthen quality and inspire growth.
As a visionary leader, instructor, seasoned center operator, and author, Kimreneé brings a rare combination of academic expertise and lived experience.
