The TenderTime™ Foundations Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Pathway prepares experienced early childhood leaders, coaches, and facilitators to deliver high-quality, relationship-based professional development using the TenderTime™ Foundations Framework.
This pathway is intentionally designed to mirror the rigor, documentation, and professionalism expected of state-approved trainer systems, while remaining ethical, accurate, and grounded in best practice.
This is not a shortcut to certification. It is a professional authorization pathway built on mastery, reflection, and fidelity.

- Directors and Owners who completed the Leadership Institute
- Instructional Coaches and Mentors

Pathway Prerequisites
To enroll, participants must have:
✔ Completed the TenderTime™ Leadership Institute
✔ Earned TenderTime™ Authorized Site Leader designation
✔ At least 2 years of leadership, coaching, or PD experience in ECE
✔ Commitment to ethical facilitation and framework fidelity
Facilitate reflective learning

Integrates coaching, observation, and practice cycles

Pathway Structure
Length: 8 Weeks
Format: Hybrid (live sessions, facilitation labs, practicum)
Total Hours: 36–40 instructional hours (state-trainer aligned)

Credential Earned: Certified TenderTime™ Foundations Trainer
Certified Trainers are authorized to:
✔Deliver TenderTime™ Foundations professional development ✔Facilitate Learning Circles across organizations ✔Support grant-funded and partnership initiatives ✔Prepare and submit PD aligned to state approval systems
