TenderTime™ ECE READY! is a foundational workforce development pathway that prepares participants for entry into early childhood education through:

The program bridges the gap between interest and readiness, helping participants understand what it truly means to work with young children, especially infants and toddlers.

Participants engage in learning across key readiness domains, including Professional Identity & Reflective Practice, Family, Culture & Community, Group Care & Learning Environments, Caregiving Routines as Curriculum, and an Introduction to Relationship-Based Care. Together, these core learning areas strengthen reflective leadership, deepen culturally responsive practice, and support the intentional design of nurturing, relationship-centered learning environments.
