ABOUT OUR PROGRAM
Foundations to Grow (FTG) offers Early Intervention and developmental support services for children from birth through age five, supporting infants, toddlers, and young children during their most critical years of growth and learning.
Services for children from birth to age three are provided through Pennsylvania’s Early Intervention (EI) system via contracted EI agencies and are aligned with IFSP-authorized outcomes. Services for children ages three to five support continued developmental growth, school readiness, and successful transitions into preschool and kindergarten settings.
Families are active partners in the Foundations to Grow process. We focus on coaching caregivers to support learning and development during everyday routines such as play, meals, transitions, and classroom activities, ensuring progress continues beyond service time.

Where Thoughtful Environmental Design Meets Nurturing Care
At Foundations to Grow, our classrooms are thoughtfully designed to feel calm, supportive, and engaging for every child. Each space includes cozy calm-down zones and quiet areas where children can regulate their emotions and feel safe. Visual schedules and emotion charts help guide daily routines and support social-emotional development, while sensory materials and guided learning centers encourage exploration, focus, and hands-on learning. With low teacher-child ratios, our educators are able to provide individualized attention, nurturing strong relationships and creating an environment where children feel seen, supported, and confident as they grow.
