  3. Complete the Application

    • Online applications are available in 12 languages.

    • The online version saves your progress automatically and provides a receipt when submitted — very helpful in case there are any questions later.

  4. Follow Up

    • Note: Even if you applied in person, you don’t need to reapply online if your application is already submitted.
